Hi. I'm Nicole.
Empowerment and Wellness Coach
Toughing it out as a life mantra won't win you any awards. You deserve more.
It's okay, none of us are perfect. Accept where you were and move forward.
You are in control of your thoughts, actions, and destiny.
Most would describe me as a straightforward, dry humored, loyal, and confident friend, coach and wife.
But in reality, I am so much more than that. And so are you.
Society and old beliefs about self may put us in boxes, but that doesn't mean we have to stay there. So let's break free from who we think we should be and start living the fulfilling life we deserve.
Join me. I'm going to show you how to love and trust yourself more, and find unapologetic confidence as you Own Your Life.
I grew up thinking that I would go to college, get a good job, and build a stable life for myself as an executive at a Fortune 500 company. I thought there would be a marriage that produced four children in my twenties as well.
Instead, I moved across country to take my first big leap in my mid-twenties. After realizing the path I thought I was on was not available I had to choose: feel stuck or roll with it. And I learned that once you learn to focus on what you want while being flexible with how you get it, there's no going back.
If you're ready to walk away from your own limiting beliefs and build a life you love, I am ready to lead the way.
LIFE
… and how it doesn't unfold in a straight line like we think it should.
